We were founded with a bold mission: to create a company that delivers reliable mechanical services while becoming a catalyst for economic empowerment and workforce transformation in underserved communities. We see the labor shortage in trades not as a problem, but as an opportunity — one that allows us to uplift individuals, revitalize neighborhoods, and change the way the industry operates from the inside out.

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services across Metro Atlanta, and we’re expanding into HVAC and electrical work to serve more of the region’s growing needs. But behind the tools and service calls is something much bigger: a vision to close the gap between unfilled jobs and untapped talent.

What We’re Building

Neyah Mechanical is working to become one of Georgia’s leading W-2 skilled trades employers — not by chasing profit alone, but by centering sustainability, dignity, and access. We’re building:

• A strong, skilled workforce trained in-house through partnerships with local trade schools and certification programs.

• A new model of trades business ownership that makes room for people who’ve been historically left out of technical industries — especially women, Black and brown professionals, and low-income workers.
