At Neyah Mechanical, we’re not just in the business of plumbing — we’re in the business of people, progress, and purpose.
We were founded with a bold mission: to create a company that delivers reliable mechanical services while becoming a catalyst for economic empowerment and workforce transformation in underserved communities. We see the labor shortage in trades not as a problem, but as an opportunity — one that allows us to uplift individuals, revitalize neighborhoods, and change the way the industry operates from the inside out.
We provide residential and commercial plumbing services across Metro Atlanta, and we’re expanding into HVAC and electrical work to serve more of the region’s growing needs. But behind the tools and service calls is something much bigger: a vision to close the gap between unfilled jobs and untapped talent.
Neyah Mechanical is working to become one of Georgia’s leading W-2 skilled trades employers — not by chasing profit alone, but by centering sustainability, dignity, and access. We’re building:
A strong, skilled workforce trained in-house through partnerships with local trade schools and certification programs.
A support system for young adults, career changers, and re-entry individuals who need opportunities, not just jobs.
A network of service that customers can count on, built around transparency, respect, and long-term client relationships.
A new model of trades business ownership that makes room for people who’ve been historically left out of technical industries — especially women, Black and brown professionals, and low-income workers.
Excellence – Every service call is handled with precision, professionalism, and pride.
Equity – We believe that economic growth should be shared and that opportunity should be accessible.
Empowerment – We invest in our people — not just with tools, but with training, mentorship, and a pathway to thrive.
Community – We are committed to the long-term health, safety, and economic future of the neighborhoods we serve.
Innovation – We embrace technology, efficient systems, and modern tools to deliver faster, smarter, and safer service.
We envision a company where 25+ W-2 technicians are fully employed, trained, and thriving within their first year — with vans on the road, branded uniforms, and pride in the work they do. A company that becomes the go-to service provider for homeowners, property managers, and public agencies across Georgia. A company that doesn’t just succeed financially but becomes a blueprint for how trades businesses should be run — ethically, sustainably, and with purpose.
We’re not here to be average.
We’re here to build something different — something lasting.
